My name is Gilbert Rodriguez. There is an issue that I must inform you about, it unquestionably concerns every Person, school, classroom, Parent, Teacher and Citizen; this issue it is collectively our business to get to the bottom of and satisfactorily resolve. The issue involves the known fact [this fact is made ever more sure with the passing of time and the governing officials resistance to act] this knowledge is based on, guided by and according to the facts, evidence & testimonies: that justifies the suspicion which settles the belief and knowledge that the judicial & executive branch of government has perpetrated the wrongful illegal and heinous interference, violation and breach of the Family, and also, the violation into the business affairs and grounds of the legal and real properties that are within and under the jurisdiction and supervision of the Fresno County Office of Education. And that jurisdiction and grounds is Kerman Unified School District, and possibly other school districts too.
This is the issue that must be solved. I will be as factual as is necessary so you will come to understand, and as brief as possible.
“The Government planted a knife on an 11 year old boy while he was on public school property in the City of Kerman California.” Is that a true statement? “It is the truth.” I say, and the preponderance of Court filed facts evidence and testimonies supports that statement. What now follows is the short history of how this came to be.
On July 6, 2003 I “blew the whistle” that is I told a police officer of the Fresno Police Department about Yellow Cab Taxi company of Fresno using uninsured and unpermitted taxi cabs in the regular course of business (transporting customers & collecting fares) the officer wrote the company a ticket violation.
The parent owner or also known as the monetary funds source owner, but he was not the documented owner of that Yellow Cab taxi company, was the mysterious David Hovannisian who together with his family they are the owners of Hovannisian Business Properties and too they own J.D. Home rentals business of Fresno.
The Hovannisians are local real estate moguls who’s worth is around 40 million dollars.
The puppet owner, also known as the subsidiary affiliate documented owner of the Yellow Cab taxi company was NNisian, and on that day back on July 6, 2003 when I “blew the whistle” on the taxi company, the subsidiary affiliate partner owner told me: “you caused us problems were going to cause you problems”. He was paying me back, also known as getting revenge because he was the one who would be responsible to pay the fine for the taxi cab company’s ticketed violations which that fine was in the many thousands of dollars.
Then from that time, the source owner David Hovannisian and his father John Hovannisian, by illegal misfeasance and illicit illegalities, they caused me a lot of problems & terrible calamity because unbeknownst to me at the time July 6, 2003 was that: the apartment home that I was leasing was in one of the apartment complexes owned by John Hovannisian. David Hovannisian’s father.
I did file a lawsuit (Rodriguez vs. Willow Lakes Apartments) against the Hovannisians because of their illegalities but they are social elitists with a corrupt syndicate of sycophant court clerks and at least one judge, lawyers and law enforcement underlings who connive and facilitate these unlawful practices to protect their syndicated fascist form of power and evil greed: and by those means the Hovannisians are held above the Law.
Though throughout the 3 years & 2 months of litigation I intently studied the case laws and compared the
case facts (I am a college graduate), and I deciphered uncovered and exposed that high level government corruption, fraud and anti-constitutional illegalities of a criminal nature that invents: and being specific, positively invents a Racketeer Influenced Corrupt Organization-formerly Fresno County Court Department 73 which is now Department 74. These discoveries became revealed through my works at litigation when defending my Constitutional Rights, and in that litigation to defend, when I did an examination by an: objective logical real world reasonable reasoning analysis of the case Facts and Law with regard to their actual time occurrence and that revealed the Hovannisian’s and Fresno County High Court’s anti-Constitutional illegal activities, then-[to them (the Judicial Court) I was now a “whistleblower” too].
So, because I filed that lawsuit and pursued the redress of grievances, after I did that: I was retaliated against and it became visible and the cases’ (04CECG00023MWS; 0424050-3; 2863488/825070160) facts proved it to be true & known that a valid belief exists and too, reasonable suspicion that is supported by authentic, legitimate & incriminating evidence which corroborates that on the day March 15, 2006 Government Agents planted/(secretly put in the backpack) a knife on an eleven year old boy/my son while he was at school or on the bus going to school. Then these police agents with their guns and the principal quietly detained my child all alone and (perhaps unbeknownst to, but in the presence of the principal)-coerced him to confess to having possession of that knife. After that these secret government agents or the principal probably at the order of the agents (I call the agents secret because there is no record identifying who they were), it’s a secret. Those secret agents called his mother/my ex-wife and told her that he/my son had the knife because he was afraid of me: and that’s a lie my son & daughter both told me they’re not afraid of me and I know that too. Again, the evidence reveals surely that a knife was planted on an 11 year old child on school property on the day March 15, 2006 and done in order to accomplish the defamation of the whistleblower’s character: so with deception to give the appearance that he/me is the “badguy”. And these works were paid for with taxpayer’s money: to my knowledge, there is no investigation going on. The Government wants to sweep this under the rug. That’s where you are needed to help, please read this then decide who it is, Senator Feinstein (559)485-7430 is a good start, decide who it is that must be contacted to get going an investigation into these happenings. We The People must ensure that horrid corrupt organizations such as this are abated. We need 7 Super Citizens who are willing to examine this and can recruit each 1 more Great Citizen who will also recruit one more.
In my experience at witnessing these officials’ arrogance and social unprofessional corrupt illicit systemic illegalities in clerical activities and court adjudging; to my perspective and thought I detected a discriminatory class and political partisanship, and myself being a non-violent person I evolved and gravitated towards speaking and writing my learned knowledge of the state of these ongoing criminally unlawful socio-political judicial activities which are occurring in our Fresno County Superior Courthouse: so for those reasons the next paragraph has a political tone. But still know this: the previously italic sentence is real.
In very serious thought the question must be asked: “are they, who/whatever entity, become an enemy of society who does plant/(secretly put in the backpack) a knife on an 11 year old child[ren]?.!”. There is a corrupt unscrupulous syndicate of extremists officials, private professionals and their employs who are about money hoarding, power mongering and devising then doing dirty tricks for their own $pecial interest of allying, conserving the alliance of, and criminally protecting and politically & judicially providing un-Constitutional privileges and immunities to the “soviet socialist Hovannisians” who are political and powerful elitists -who in return cooperate and profit with this politicizing and criminal activity within the Judicial system to preserve this gross selfishness, frequent sick deception and Constitutionally disordered existence and together the High Court Department 73>74 & the Hovannisians compose to operate their misfeasors’ commodities-(others’ people’s property & money)-appropriation
racketeer influenced organized enterprise. Together this Court and it’s ward the unConstitutionally privileged & immune slumlords, it is widely broadcast, is deteriorating the community, proliferates injustice, engages hostilities against the uneducated, economically less fortunate and is generally a nuisance. This soviet socialist conduct working together with biased government officials, police, judicial officials, and their greed & power is a real problem that is definitively criminal, dishonest and oppressive, and because I’ve exposed their corruption and illegalities these corrupt officials have criminally abused their authority: the evidence is resolute that they planted a knife on my 11 year old son to accomplish the defamation of my character. Many others have experience these inequities & injustices, because the Hovannisians are notoriously known to regularly engage these illegalities and wanton malicious socio-political policies.

Undoubtedly, this is where Families stand on this: “spare not 1 penny to get to the truth of this!” Yes this is a terrible terrible thing. But it’s all true. I’ve Court filed facts, evidence and testimony. Governing officials’ resistance is working to keep this unheard & concealed; while calmly undisturbed keep an uncaring straight professional face about it. These activities do not bring the Union nearer to perfect: it’s planned deliberate Injustice. Please forgive me for You now becoming aware of this information and disturbing the Tranquility you might have had. Common defense? It will be said: “this is an enemy within.”. As for the General Welfare (the Hovannisians and the High Court,-I’ve often seen hubris and heard chuckle through this matter); and Our Posterity.? Well, now is a good time to pray and fight the evil greed.
Department 73 which now is 74 is the highest court in this land/county, because I uncovered It’s anti-constitutional racketeer influenced corrupt organization enterprise-(Hovannisians & Dept. 73>74), and exposed it as best I could, their reaction in retaliating has been with dirty tricks to defame & destroy me, so they planted a knife on my son then reported that lie about he, my son, fears me to give the appearance that I’m a dangerous violent person, by way of my son’s reported testimony; and, as a by-product the evil abduction of my child from me/his father, and too, stealing from the child, a father.!! We the People must cause this to be opened up to a full accounting.
Because I worked hard and stood up for my constitutional rights these dirty mammonites did, truly I tell you, these Government Officials for private money and to hide the truth; did commit the heinous evil of secretly placing a knife in the backpack of an 11 year old boy/my son then called his mother and told her that lie about he fears me: so to justify the presumption of visitation as being detrimental to his best interests so they’ll evilly kidnap my son from me for 5 years by using California Family Code section 3044(c): ”to have placed a person in reasonable apprehension of imminent serious bodily injury”. Plain and simply this is evil government deceit by the Fresno County High Court Department 74 and the Old World (Armenia) politically and currently powered Hovannisians who wield a presidium stature in the High Court and have a habit, current power and recent political history in the former Soviet Union: communism.
